Schulenburg, Texas is not exactly a hotbed of activity for recruiting. The small town about halfway between Houston and San Antonio is home to a top prospect in the class of 2012, though. Quarterback Kyle Bludau has been playing on both sides of the ball since his freshman year with the Shorthorns.

This summer, the 6-foot-3, 215-pound passer plans to make the rounds at several in-state camps. He will keep himself busy with over half a dozen trips planned over the next few weeks.
