Duck Class of 2014: What's left?
It's the #21 class in the country, and 3rd in the Pac-12. It's a class with depth, intelligence, character, athletic ability, leadership, talent and speed.
The Ducks get tremendous added value from the return of Mariota, Grasu and Ifo, three players who could have made big money in the pro draft but elected to return for another year of college football. That's three potent all-league starters, each a tremendous leader and coach on the field.
Add that to the equation, and this is easily the best recruiting year in school history. Add the transfer of linebacker Johnny Ragin from Cal, a 6-3, 225 OLB who turned in a 112 SPARQ rating at The Opening in 2012, and the Ducks have addressed most of their needs in what's shaping up to be a stellar recruiting/retention class in Mark Helfrich's first full recruiting cycle.
