Edmonds drawn to U's offense and psychology program
Last week, Nolan Edmonds became PJ Fleck’s sixth commit of the 2018 class when he chose Minnesota over Boston College, Cal, Illinois, Kansas, Purdue, and Syracuse. The three-star’s decision was a result of both Minnesota football and academics.
“I'm committed to Minnesota because I feel it's a great opportunity and a program that fits the type of running back I am,” he said. “The coaches shared that they see me as an every down back and I agree with them. Academically, I'd like to study clinical psychology. I looked into the University’s psychology program before my commitment. I also like that the Mayo Clinic is near and there may be possible future opportunities there related to my degree.”
