Top Gopher Recruit to Watch:
Jarvis Johnson (Howard Pulley, 7-4). Jarvis is the local point guard Minnesota wants and that all fans of GI have seen many times. Close to leading Pulley back to the Peach Jam yet again. National Talent to See:
Jalen Brunson (Mac Irvin Fire, 6-5). Five star guard putting up 16.4 points and seven assists a game shooting 41 percent from the floor and 72 percent at the arc. Shoots seven or eight foul shots a game physically attacking the paint at will.
Isaiah Briscoe (NJ Playaz, 10-2). Five star guard scoring 18 a game with seven rebounds a showing. Most of what he does is on the attack and it's high productive at 48 percent shooting and 83 percent foul line percentage on 110 attempts. Also creates five assists a night for teammates so he's always involves in offensive creation.
Shooting Guard
Top Gopher Recruit to Watch:
Amir Coffey (Howard Pulley, 7-4). Amir has played much better in the EYBL than expected as a 2016. He's scoring 9.5 a game, grabbing 4.3 rebounds, shooting 54 percent from the arc and 57 percent overall. Top Gopher target in 2016 class.

Malachi Richardson (Team Final, 10-2). The top ranked four star player in the nation and a Syracuse commit who the Gophers offered early. Averaging 17 points a game shooting 45 percent from the arc.
Allonzo Trier (Athlete's First. 9-3). The national talent that every Gopher fan is hoping they get. Fans of GI know that Trier hasn't mentioned the Gophers in a long time so chances are slim but since he retweets so many things fans are holding on to the Lloyd Christmas theory. Trier is scoring an EYBL best 28.5 points a game shooting 47 percent from the floor and 92 percent from the foul line on a ridiculous 133 attempts in 12 games.
Malik Newman (Jackson Tigers, 5-7). The top 2015 player in the nation is a treat to watch whenever he's in the building. Plays for both Mo Williams Elite and the Jackson Tigers but has played with the Tigers the past two weekends averaging 24.4 points per game. Unreal stop and go pace with this young man who scores from everywhere. Take the time to watch one of his games if he's in town.
Luke Kennard (King James, 5-7). Five star Duke commit averaging over 11 points a game shooting 44.4 percent from the arc. Has missed three of the dozen games for King James this spring.

Chris Clarke (Boo Williams, 8-4). Scoring 11 a game shooting 64 percent from the floor and grabbing 7.5 rebounds as a small forward. A top Gopher wing target that wanted to visit Minnesota this weekend but he can't talk to the coaches since it's a dead period. Ivan Rabb (Oakland Soldiers, 7-4). Top big man in the nation is producing 15.8 points and 10.7 rebounds a game shooting 63 percent from the floor and 73 percent at the foul line. Those are high percentages despite constant attention and taking more attempts than any of his teammates.

Thomas Bryant (Team Scan, 8-4). Another five star big on this team, Bryant produces 9.6 points and 6.2 rebounds next to Diallo as they form this year's five star frontcourt EYBL tandem (Cliff and Jahlil last year).
Tyler Davis (Texas Titans, 9-3). Five star big scoring 13.5 points per game with six rebounds a night. Athletic, long player that is showing 60 percent from the floor on a very balanced team.
