Minnesota extended a new offer to a 2024 signal-caller on Monday afternoon. Prince Avenue Christian (GA) signal caller Aaron Philo picked up an offer from the Gophers, his eighth scholarship offer and third Power Five offer joining Georgia Tech and UCF.
