Over the weekend, Minnesota picked up a major wide receiver commitment in Western Michigan transfer Corey Crooms. The Illinois native will bring a ton of experience and production to Minneapolis and will have the opportunity to quickly establish himself in 2023 as a top offensive weapon for the Gophers.

That being said, despite picking up Crooms, it doesn't sound like P.J. Fleck and his coaching staff is satisfied with their wide receiver haul just yet. Over the weekend, the Gophers offered a new 2023 target, hosted another, and still have a pair of transfer protal wide receiver offers out.
