HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
As a senior at Johnston High School, Simpson recorded 42 receptions for 680 yards and 10 touchdowns. He also had 70 receptions for 958 yards and nine touchdowns between his sophomore and junior years as well. In total, he had 112 receptions for 1,683 yards and 19 touchdowns.
